AgAI Labs offers four ways to run the stamp: Site, Growth, Full stamp and Ongoing. Each one has a fixed stage boundary and ends with you owning the accounts, files and leads. The right scope depends on what already works, what is missing and what your team can supply without pulling people off active builds.
A partial system costs more than it saves. A website without positioning reads generic. Lead tracking without source rules produces a report nobody trusts. We scope a complete section of the process and stop at a clean handoff.
What does each engagement include?
- SiteProof kit, operating profile, positioning, owned website and handoff.
- GrowthSite plus semantic content, active-house video, search presence and lead attribution.
- Full stampAll ten stages, including one scoped AI operations workflow.
- OngoingMonthly content, video and reporting after handoff.

Ongoing starts after handoff. It keeps an agreed production cadence. It never moves an account out of your name.
How does the process session set the scope?
- Walk the buyer path. We look at the website, search listings, contact paths and visible process claims before anyone talks about a rebuild.
- Check the inputs. We find out who can supply plan sets, specs, the allowance schedule, contract, warranty material, community information and access to active houses.
- Find the first broken dependency. If positioning is unclear, more content is premature. If the site is sound but calls go unattributed, the earlier stages may need only a check.
- Set the review lane. The scope names your contact, the reviewers and the approval points. The people who own the field facts check them.
- Write the scope. Stages, inputs, review gates, ownership, schedule and whatever the session turned up.
What is in the free proof kit?
The proof kit is a one-page view of what a buyer can see about you online today. It needs no account access. It records what works, what is missing and where a buyer has to guess.
- How clearly the site says what you build and where
- Whether process, plans, specs, projects, communities and warranty have useful public answers
- How the contact path behaves on a phone
- Whether search listings agree on the basic business facts
- Where the next step is missing or unclear
It is evidence for a scoping conversation. Request the free proof kit with your website address. Stage 00 needs no internal files.
How do you choose among the four?
Choose by dependency
Choose Site when the owned foundation is missing or no longer matches how you build. Choose Growth when that foundation also has to produce and attribute search, video and listing activity. Choose Full stamp when one office bottleneck has rules clear enough for reviewed AI help.
Choose by capacity
A principal who sits in selections every afternoon has limited time to review parallel work. A builder with several active houses can support a monthly capture route. Match the scope to the people available to supply source material, open job sites and approve the work.
What else should you know about your engagement?
Can we begin with Site and add later stages?
Yes. Site includes a documented Handoff. Later work checks that foundation before adding content, video, search or attribution.
Why is the engagement scoped after the session?
Source material, account access and review needs differ from one builder to the next. The session establishes those facts before a proposal.
Does Ongoing include every stage each month?
No. Ongoing covers agreed content, video and reporting after Handoff. The working sheet lists deliverables and review dates.
Can our staff handle part of the work?
Yes. Your staff can take agreed capture, drafting, publishing or reporting tasks. The scope records each responsibility and review point.
Do we have to replace our current systems?
No. Systems that support the agreed process stay. We check ownership, access and handoff requirements before proposing a replacement.
