The stamp is the AgAI Labs ten-stage process for Triangle custom home builders. It starts with what buyers can find about you, writes down how you build, then builds the website, content, video, search presence and lead tracking on top. Handoff puts every account, file and credential in your hands.
The order is fixed because each stage feeds the next. Positioning comes from the operating profile. Content comes from both. Attribution connects the channels you already run. We plan the handoff from the first account we open.
What happens at each stage?
| Stage | What we need from you | What you keep |
|---|---|---|
| 00 Proof kit | Nothing | A one-page view of what buyers see about you online today, gaps included. Free. |
| 01 Operating profile | A 2-hour session plus plan set, spec sheet, allowance schedule, contract, warranty | Your build process, written down in your words |
| 02 Positioning | Recent sales, competitors in your communities | Who you're for, who you're not for, price band, proof points |
| 03 Owned website | Profile and positioning | Domain, hosting and analytics in your accounts; process, plans, specs, projects, communities, warranty, cost guide and FAQ pages with schema |
| 04 Semantic content | Profile and communities | Topical map and first content wave, written for search engines and AI answer engines |
| 05 Video | Your active houses | A short vertical video per house plus a builder interview |
| 06 Search presence | Profile | Google Business Profile, reviews program, Apple Maps, citations, Parade of Homes and HBA listings |
| 07 Lead attribution | Site, video, GBP, events | Forms, call tracking, UTM rules, CRM in your account, a monthly “where leads came from” report |
| 08 AI operations | Where your bottlenecks are | Pick from: lead intake and qualifier, follow-up drafts, selections and allowance tracker, weekly buyer updates, review requests |
| 09 Handoff | Sign-off | Credentials, runbook, full ownership; optional ongoing support |
- Diagnose: 00 Proof kit

Your input, our machine.
What do you own?
Ownership is a working rule from day one. Every account is opened in your name or stays in your name, and access is written down as the system grows.
- The domain and hosting account
- Analytics, search and call-tracking properties
- The CRM and its contact records
- Google Business Profile and other public listings
- Plan, project, community, video and content files
- Forms, source rules, reports and operating documentation
- Credentials and the final runbook
Leads belong to you. Your CRM and inquiry destinations stay in your accounts. AgAI Labs is not a brokerage and does not route leads to one.
What sets the schedule?
Dates are set after the process session, because account access, source documents, field access and your review capacity decide the sequence. Each engagement has a fixed stage boundary. The calendar follows your inputs and your approval path.
| Engagement | Stages | What drives the schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Site | 00–03, 09 | Profile documents, positioning review, account access and page approvals |
| Growth | 00–07, 09 | Site inputs plus field capture, listing access and tested lead routes |
| Full stamp | 00–09 | Growth inputs plus one bounded workflow, test cases and an approval owner |
| Ongoing | Monthly after handoff | An agreed cadence for content, video and reporting |
What do we need from your team?
The people closest to the build supply the raw material and review it quickly. We do not need polished copy. We need the documents and conversations that show how decisions get made.
- Name one accountable contact. This person gathers source files, schedules field access and collects review comments.
- Bring the working documents. A marked-up plan set beats a brochure. Include specs, the allowance schedule, contract language and warranty material.
- Tell us where it breaks. Where selections slip, which lot questions repeat, where draws confuse buyers, which punch items turn into calls.
- Check it against the field. The principal and the people who run the jobs confirm claims, process order and ownership before anything goes public.
- Sign off on the handoff. We verify access, file locations, reporting rules and the runbook together.
Where does AI come in?
A fleet of Claude and Codex agents does the research, drafting, building and checking. People set the scope and review every output. In stage 08, AI help goes to one named bottleneck: intake, follow-up drafts, selections tracking, weekly buyer updates or review requests. “Add AI” is not a scope.
What else should you know about the stamp?
Do we have to complete all ten stages?
No. Site and Growth have fixed stage boundaries and both include Handoff. The process session sets your scope.
Can you work with our existing website and accounts?
Yes, if inspection confirms you own them, they can be measured and they support the agreed content. We document the required changes before we build.
Who writes the builder process?
AgAI Labs drafts your Operating profile from the working session and your source documents. Your team checks plan review, selections, draws, closeout and warranty practice against what the field does.
Will you own or resell our leads?
No. You own your leads and your CRM account. AgAI Labs does not sell leads or route them to a brokerage.
What happens if our process changes during the work?
We update the Operating profile first, then list the pages, forms, reports and workflows the change touches for your review.
Where should we start?
Start with the free Proof kit or book a process session. The first conversation checks your inputs and names the next stage.
