Research built for Triangle builder decisions

Four elevations of stacked hatched blocks over a county survey grid, with the highest course outlined in red.

The AgAI Labs research lab separates builder evidence from industry noise. We study the Triangle construction field, the public information on more than 250 Triangle builders, and the systems that measure inquiries. Each piece states its source, limits and method, so a principal can decide what belongs in a growth plan without mistaking a count for a conclusion.

Research earns its place when it settles a choice: which communities deserve a page, which channel needs a tracking rule, which unanswered buyer question belongs in the operating profile. A spreadsheet with no decision attached is storage.

Which research should you read first?

How does the lab handle builder evidence?

The builder research is working material, never a scorecard. A permit shows activity without explaining the buyer's experience. A project page shows a finished kitchen without explaining the allowances, the change decisions or the closeout. One source rarely answers the whole question.

Every finding names the unit it counts and keeps the limit beside the number. Federal establishment data describes the regional construction field, and an establishment is not a unique custom builder. The counting unit and the study area go on the record before a figure enters a market-sizing or prospecting brief.

How does research enter the stamp?

Each research piece feeds a stage of the stamp. Public-path findings start in the proof kit. Community and competitor review informs positioning. Repeated buyer questions shape semantic content. Channel evidence becomes the source rules in lead attribution. A fleet of Claude and Codex agents does the gathering; a person reviews every finding before it touches a claim, a page or a workflow.

Bring one live question to your next review: a lot pipeline to explain, a plan release to document, a Parade link to tag, or a form source that never reached the CRM.
